Plot Summary

The four mutant brothers, Leonardo, Donatello, Michelangelo, and Raphael, return for another action-packed adventure to protect New York City. When the evil Shredder escapes custody, he allies with mad scientist Baxter Stockman and his mutant henchmen Bebop and Rocksteady to execute a plan to unleash destruction upon the world.
