Plot Summary
Set on the sun-drenched Italian Riviera, Luca follows the story of Luca Paguro, a young sea monster with an insatiable curiosity about the human world. When he meets the spirited Alberto Scorfano, another sea monster, the two form an unbreakable bond and embark on a summer adventure filled with laughter, gelato, and daring escapades in the picturesque town of Portorosso.
