Plot Summary

Set in the sun-soaked streets of Miami, Pain & Gain is based on the unbelievable true story of three bodybuilders—Daniel Lugo (Mark Wahlberg), Paul Doyle (Dwayne Johnson), and Adrian Doorbal (Anthony Mackie)—who hatch a get-rich-quick scheme to kidnap and extort a wealthy businessman, Victor Kershaw (Tony Shalhoub).
