Plot Summary

A young couple, Adinda and Bayu, are eagerly awaiting the arrival of their first child. However, their happiness turns into a nightmare when Adinda suddenly experiences severe pain, forcing Bayu to rush her to the nearest hospital on a fateful night—the night of Satu Suro, a date believed in Javanese folklore to be filled with supernatural dangers.

Upon reaching a mysterious, dimly lit hospital in the middle of nowhere, strange occurrences begin to unfold. The corridors seem endless, shadowy figures lurk in the darkness, and the staff behaves eerily unnatural. As Bayu desperately searches for help, Adinda finds herself trapped in a chilling web of supernatural horror, facing terrifying entities that seem to be drawn to her unborn child.

As the night progresses, the couple realizes they are not alone, and something sinister is at play. The hospital itself seems like a portal between life and death, and escaping may not be as simple as walking out the front door. Can they survive until dawn, or will they become another legend of Satu Suro?
