Plot Summary

Set in 1945, in a secluded mansion on the island of Jersey, The Others follows Grace Stewart, a devoutly religious woman raising her two children, Anne and Nicholas, who suffer from a rare condition that makes them highly sensitive to light. To protect them, Grace enforces strict rules—the curtains must always be drawn, and no door may be opened without closing the previous one.

However, their quiet, isolated life begins to unravel when three mysterious servants arrive at their home.
