Plot Summary

After years of terrorizing lost travelers, the blood-soaked legend of the Wrong Turn killers is coming to an end—but not without one final, horrifying showdown.

Jen Shaw (Charlotte Vega), one of the few survivors from Wrong Turn (2021), has spent the last few years living in fear, haunted by nightmares of the Foundation, the brutal cult hidden deep in the Appalachian Mountains. But when a distress call reaches her from a group of missing hikers, she knows she has to return to the place where her nightmares began.

As Jen ventures back into the deadly woods, she teams up with Lisa Carter (Emma Mackey), a journalist determined to uncover the truth, and Sheriff Logan (Patrick Wilson), who has spent decades investigating the mysterious disappearances linked to the forest.
