Plot Summary

A routine transatlantic flight from New York to London takes a horrifying turn when an illegal bio-experiment is smuggled onboard—hundreds of genetically enhanced, highly aggressive spiders.

When the cargo hold mysteriously unlocks, the deadly arachnids spread through the plane, attacking passengers and crew. With radio communication lost and the pilots under attack, Captain Jack Harper (Sam Worthington) and an arachnologist, Dr. Emily Carter (Zendaya), must work together to neutralize the threat before the plane is forced to crash-land into the Atlantic Ocean.

As the death toll rises, it becomes clear that the spiders are evolving, growing larger, faster, and deadlier. Worse, a mysterious passenger (Bill Skarsgård) seems to know more than he lets on—is he behind this chaos?
