In a wasteland ruled by chaos and tyranny, Max Rockatansky (Tom Hardy) is a lone survivor, haunted by his past. Captured by the ruthless warlord Immortan Joe (Hugh Keays-Byrne) and his War Boys, Max is used as a human blood bag for the sickly yet fanatical warrior, Nux (Nicholas Hoult).
Meanwhile, Imperator Furiosa (Charlize Theron), one of Immortan Joeโs most trusted warriors, betrays him by stealing his most precious resourceโhis five captive wivesโto free them from his cruel rule.
