Alligator Alley (2013)

Alligator Alley (2013), also known as Ragin’ Cajun Redneck Gators, is a creature feature TV movie that aired on the Syfy channel. Directed by Griff Furst, the film is a campy blend of horror and sci-fi, set in the Louisiana bayou. The plot follows a small town that becomes terrorized by mutated, aggressive alligators after toxic moonshine is dumped into the local swamp. These alligators grow larger, become more violent, and even start exhibiting human-like traits, leading to chaos and survival battles for the townspeople.
The film is known for its intentionally over-the-top premise, embracing the “so-bad-it’s-good” style that Syfyโ€™s monster movies are famous for. While it didnโ€™t receive critical acclaim, it is enjoyed by fans of campy, low-budget creature features.
