Plot Summary
In Martis (2025), Jason Statham takes on one of his most intense and enigmatic roles to date. He plays Martis, a former MI6 operative turned shadowy vigilante who vanished without a trace after a covert mission went fatally wrong. Presumed dead, he lives off the grid—until a brutal assassination attempt draws him back into a world he tried to leave behind.
Now, with whispers of a global conspiracy and betrayal buried within the highest ranks of intelligence, Martis must resurface and confront ghosts of the past. He is silent, swift, and surgical—an apex predator among killers. With the help of a rogue hacker (Henwick) and a deadly former ally (Sanada), Martis races against time to uncover the truth behind “Project Zero,” a black ops initiative with horrifying consequences.
As Martis peels back the layers of deception, he finds himself hunted by former comrades and a merciless strategist (Shannon) who knows him better than anyone. But Martis has one rule: if you come for him, don’t miss.

Reception & Anticipation
Though still under wraps, Martis is already being hyped as Jason Statham’s most mysterious and grounded action film yet. With gritty visuals, psychological depth, and haunting silence, early buzz compares it to a cross between John Wick and The Bourne Identity, but darker and more methodical.
Audiences are eager to see Statham embody a man of few words and brutal efficiency, and critics expect Martis to be a sleeper hit for fans of smart, violent thrillers.
đź’Ą One man. One past. No mercy.
Martis doesn’t speak—he acts. And when he does, the world listens.
