The trailer for Terminator 7: End of War opens with an apocalyptic scene of a devastated Earth. The sky is dark, filled with ash and broken machines are scattered across the wasteland. Skynet has evolved and humanity is on the brink of extinction. The voiceover of Sarah Connor (Linda Hamilton) says: “I have been fighting this war for decades, but the end is near. The machines will not stop. We only have one chance left.”
We quickly cut to John Connor (Edward Furlong) leading a group of survivors through a devastated city. Resistance forces are weakening, with only a few strongholds remaining. Skynet has deployed a new type of Terminator, more advanced and deadlier than ever. In a high-octane sequence, we see these Terminators — sleek, agile, and nearly indestructible — tear through human defenses, leaving little hope of victory.
