Plot Summary

Set thousands of years before The Lord of the Rings trilogy, The Rings of Power takes viewers back to the legendary Second Age of Middle-earth, a time of rising kingdoms, powerful alliances, and the forging of the infamous Rings.

The series follows Galadriel (Morfydd Clark), a fierce and determined warrior who is convinced that evil is not vanquished and that Sauron may still be lurking in the shadows. As she embarks on a dangerous journey across Middle-earth, she encounters new allies, including a mysterious man named Halbrand (Charlie Vickers), who hides secrets of his own.

Meanwhile, the Elves, led by Elrond (Robert Aramayo) and Celebrimbor (Charles Edwards), work alongside the Dwarves of Khazad-dûm to craft wonders that will shape the future of the realm. Far from the grand cities, the peaceful Harfoots (early Hobbits) begin their own adventure, led by young Nori Brandyfoot (Markella Kavenagh), whose curiosity leads her to a mysterious stranger.

As darkness looms and a sinister force grows, the fate of Middle-earth hangs in the balance. Will its heroes rise to the challenge, or will Sauron’s influence take hold once again?
