Plot Summary

Anna Fritz (Alba Ribas) is a world-famous actress, admired for her beauty and talent. When news breaks that she has mysteriously died, the world mourns the loss of a rising star. But behind the closed doors of a hospital morgue, her story is far from over.

Pau (Cristian Valencia), a young morgue attendant, is one of the last people to see Anna’s body before her funeral. Overcome by morbid curiosity, he sends a message to his two best friends, Ivan (Albert Carbó) and Javi (Bernat Saumell), inviting them to see the actress one last time. What starts as a reckless, disturbing joke quickly spirals into a nightmare beyond their control when they realize: Anna Fritz is not as dead as they thought.

As she suddenly awakens, paralyzed, terrified, and aware of everything happening around her, the three men must decide what to do next. What follows is a claustrophobic, intense, and deeply unsettling struggle for survival as Anna fights to escape the nightmare—turning the tables on those who sought to take advantage of her.
