π§ Plot Summary
Four years after the deadly outbreak that devastated South Korea in Train to Busan, the country is now a wasteland overrun by zombies. The world has abandoned the Korean Peninsula, sealing it off from the rest of civilization.
Former soldier Jung-seok (Gang Dong-won), who managed to escape to Hong Kong, is sent back on a dangerous mission: retrieve a hidden truck full of cash in the middle of the zombie-infested ruins. But when his team is ambushed by rogue survivors, Jung-seok realizes that the dead arenβt the only monsters left.
In the fight for survival, he joins forces with Min-jung (Lee Jung-hyun) and her family, who have been surviving in the shadows. As hordes of flesh-eating zombies and ruthless human scavengers close in, Jung-seok must choose between escaping again or making one last stand.
