Plot Summary

Four years after the Peninsula outbreak, Korea remains a quarantined wasteland, ruled by violent militias, rogue survivors, and endless hordes of the undead. The outside world has abandoned the country—until a mysterious radio signal is intercepted from inside Seoul, suggesting that a cure may exist.

A small team of survivors, led by Han Joon-seok (Ma Dong-seok), a former firefighter, is sent back into the ruins of Korea to retrieve the cure. Among them is Ji-eun (Jun Jong-seo), a hardened survivor seeking revenge against the ruthless Major Kang (Don Lee), who now rules Seoul with an iron fist, using zombies as his weapons.

As the team fights through the ruins, they uncover a horrifying truth: the infection is mutating, creating a new breed of intelligent, unstoppable zombies. Time is running out, and the only way to escape is the very thing that started it all—a final train ride out of Seoul, now infested with the dead.

But not everyone will make it out alive…
