A Walk to Remember (2002)

However, their love faces a heartbreaking challenge when Jamie reveals that she has leukemia and has stopped responding to treatment. Knowing her time is limited, Landon helps Jamie complete a list of things she wants to do before she dies, including getting married in the church where her parents were wed.
